Bar Tending and Cocktail Making
David Yu, a cocktail bartender, graduated in 2008 with a Masters in Fine Art (Sculpture) from the Slade School of Fine Art, University College London. David plans to create a temporary installation in a Dundee bar that captures > the venues uniqueness. This piece would be created involving the patrons and bar staff. It would provide the participating bar with a unique and fun temporary artwork.
The project will take place between April and May 2010.
